Citizens who purchase tickets through the “Biletim.az” portal are automatically granted permission to travel to the liberated territories.

Starting from August 6, Azerbaijani citizens who purchase tickets via the “Biletim.az” portal or mobile application will automatically be issued permits to enter the liberated territories. This functionality has been made possible through the integration established between the interagency information systems of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. When purchasing tickets to the liberated territories through the “Biletim.az” portal, the issued permit is valid for 5 days. These changes have been implemented to simplify procedures for citizens and to make their travel experience more convenient.
