A memorandum of understanding on the establishment of the "Friendship Cities" relationship was signed between Shusha city and Andong city

A memorandum of understanding was signed between Shusha city and Andong city. The memorandum was signed by Aydin Karimov, the President's special representative for the Shusha region and Kwon Ki-chang, the mayor of Andong, which is considered to be one of the tourism and cultural centers of the Republic of Korea.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the cities of Shusha and Andong on the establishment of the "Friendly Cities" relationship.

The memorandum was signed by Aydin Karimov, the President's special representative for the Shusha region and Kwon Ki-chang, the mayor of Andong, which is  considered to be one of the tourism and cultural centers of the Republic of Korea.

According to the document, the two friendly cities intend to promote cultural, social and economic relations, as well as friendly relations and expand areas of joint activities. Joint programs, projects, organization of mutual visits, as well as exchange of experience and information, cooperation in the fields of art, culture, tourism, science, trade and information technologies are planned between the parties.
