After 32 years, the melodies of "Vagzaly"

Today, on September 6, 2024, the residents of Shusha added another significant event to the pages of their lives. After 32 years, the melody of "Vagzaly" was heard again in Shusha, at the "Isa Bulaghi" recreation complex. A particularly proud moment was that the groom of this wedding was Elmir Elman oglu Mammadli, a veteran of the Second Karabakh War. 

This first wedding in Shusha was attended by government officials, Aydin Karimov, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, Tural Novruzov, the Executive Director of the Shusha City State Reserve, responsible employees of the Representative Office and the Reserve, as well as the close relatives of the bride and groom and residents of the Shusha district. The wedding was given a special charm by folk songs and mugams performed by the Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ehtiram Huseynov, and our fellow countrywoman with a beautiful voice, Gunay Imamverdiyeva. 

We congratulate the young couple, whose first wedding took place on their native land, and wish them family happiness and joy as grand as the majesty and pride of the Shusha mountains.
