The International Gastronomy Day was organized in the city of Shusha through the joint efforts of the State Tourism Agency, the Shusha City State Reserve Department, and the National Culinary Center. Culinary experts from various countries gathered in Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, for this event. The hospitality of the Azerbaijani people, as well as the ancient beauty of the city, was once again showcased in Shusha. Chefs from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Iran took part in the event.

The second part of the event featured a tasting of dishes representing the shared iftar meal, in line with the multinational nomination "Iftar and its social and cultural traditions," which was included in UNESCO's Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage from Azerbaijan, Iran, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. A national tourism brand exhibition was also organized, featuring samples of gastronomy and tangible cultural heritage from the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions.

Residents of the New Residential Complex of the city of Shusha also participated in the event.
