An important architectural monument of the 19th century. It is located in the Bazarbashi square of the city. The building was heavily damaged during the occupation. Later, the building was badly restored by the Armenian invaders, damaging its historical outlook. At this time, the doors and windows of the building, made in the style of a network, and the balcony were destroyed. After the city of Shusha was freed from the occupation, restoration works were started in the building.
