Haji Yusifli Mosque

XVIII century architectural monument of local importance. Inventory number: 5089

It is located in Haji Yusifli mehelle. Like other mehelle mosques in Shusha, there was a minaret (guldasta) installed on the roof to call to prayer. The building of the mosque was quite big. After the occupation, the mosque was neglected for many years and superficially "renovated" by the Armenian invaders and converted into a regular building. As a result, the outlook of the building was completely changed, and the stone inscriptions were destroyed.
