The estate consisted of a mosque, a small residential house, a large residential house, a spring, a bath and auxiliary buildings. It is one of the most interesting facilities of 18th century civil architecture of Azerbaijan. After the occupation, the large building and the bathhouse were completely destroyed. The Mehmandarovs small residential building was neglected for many years. The mosque in the complex also served as a quarter mosque. The stone inscriptions on the spring that reflect its history were also destroyed by the Armenian invaders, and the water supply was cut. After the liberation of Shusha from the invaders, the estate was restored based on historic photos.
